  • Shipping & Delivery

    We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs. We use only premium carriers with various delivery options available for many items. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options.  All shipping prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.  No C.O.D. orders can be accepted. However, for approved commercial business, we may accept corporate purchase orders.

    Please note, the posted shipping time frame is listed on the individual product page and may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.

    There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If the delay is more than 5 business days, we will send you an e-mail message notifying you of the delay. If your product is on backorder for more than 15 business days, we will send you an e-mail message asking if you want to cancel the order.

    These shipping terms are accepted by you upon placing an order with us.

  • Privacy & Security

      At McCabe Promotional Advertising, respecting privacy is an important part of our commitment to our clients and employees.

      Our commitment to privacy is reflected in the McCabe Promotional Privacy Code, which has been developed to comply with the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEDA). In this respect, The McCabe Promotional Privacy Code governs our behavior with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of our clients’ and employees’ personal information.   • Returns & Replacements

       McCabe understands that your order may not always be suitable, be defective or be as you expected so we offer a hassle-free returns policy  and you will be refunded for the full value of your item.  You have 7 days from receiving the item to then post it back to us. Once returns are received your refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours. Please note that it can take several days for your bank to process your refund.
  •  Please follow the steps to return an item:

    i) Click here to obtain a Return Form.
    ii) Complete the form and enclose it with the merchandise to be returned. Be sure to keep a copy for your files.
    iii) When shipping item(s) back, please wrap the merchandise in sturdy packaging and secure with strong tape to prevent damage in transit.
    iv) Return the package to us via United Parcel Service or insured Parcel Post. Please remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost merchandise.
    v) Returns and exchanges will be processed within one week of receipt of your package. A credit will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase following the processing of your return (delivery charges are not refundable). Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
    Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery.  You will be refunded for the purchase price of the items returned, original freight not included.
    vi) All merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging received. We reserve the right to refuse return of damaged merchandise. Please return to:
